About the Role

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for motivated professionals in Hong Kong to support our expansion as a Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be:

In this role, you will manage key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. You will significantly contribute to driving our mission of growth in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in the identification and assignment of project tasks to team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology or manufacturing. Candidates will less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is a bonus.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility and target-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel frequently between China and the HK office, with occasional overseas travel.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a bonus.
• Experience in a component manufacturing environment is a bonus.
