Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

• Manage and monitor the implementation for fitting out projects
• Manage and supervise project and team performance,supervision of monitoring of ongoing projects
• Lead the project team and ensure all works are complied with contractual requirements
• Liaise with client's representatives, architects and sub-contractors
• Oversee project construction efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily

Requirements

• Certificate holder or above in Construction / Engineering discipline or related disciplines
• Immediately available is highly preferred

• At least 4 years relevant working experience, with hands-on experience in fitting out works will be an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office, with knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• Good liaison skills with various parties
• A strong team player with a passion for excellence and quality, pro-active, self-motivated, well-organised and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
