Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer (Modernization) - Open to fresh graduate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, plan and coordinate lift and escalator modernization;
• Regularly report projects work-in-progress status, highlight and report potential problems and risks and propose addressing solutions;
• Participate in the site meetings / activities such as site coordination with property owners, architects, consultants, builders, and site supervisors, etc.
• Ensure that all project works are properly executed, on track and followed through for customer satisfaction;
• Report unsafe site conditions and take corrective measures whenever necessary.

 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines;
• 1-2 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Elevator and Escalator industry;
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment;
• Strong drive for results and willing to take up responsibilities;
• Proficiency in MS applications, and working knowledge of SAP will be an asset;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
