Project Designer (Interior Design)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shop layout plan, renovation/ refurbishment/ reinstatement project
• Provide 2D and 3D layout including floor plan & elevations, construction details including drawing & materials specifications for renovation and improvement projects
• Preparation of construction drawings and project schedule
• Handle shop repair & maintenance issues; and fitting-out works with related parties

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related disciplines
• At least 2-year relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, Auto CAD, 3D studio Max
• Responsible, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and conversional level of English and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Designer
