Your Role :

• Coordinating and supporting music classes, ensembles, events, and activities
• Communicating with children, parents, tutors, and external service providers
• Managing logistics and administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, inventory, database management, and filing, etc.
• Performing ad hoc duties as needed

What We're Looking For :

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Education, or a related discipline
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken; Putonghua is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure
• Flexibility to work on weekends, evening shifts, and adapt to changing schedules
