Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries;
Source and submit sales quotations to customer;
Track the status of quotations and proposals submitted to ensure successful resolution and sales closures;
Develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs;
Process customer and vendor order;
Any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or equivalent experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Fluent in English / Mandarin (knowledge of other language an advantage);
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Trading / Inside Sales required; with knowledge of business transactions an advantage;
Aviation background an advantage;
Good team player, willing to learn and self-motivated.
