职位描述

As the Project Administrator in POAD, you will provide comprehensive support including procurement, documentation, inventory management, and liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to project team including material purchasing, invoicing, quotation, contract documents & payment schedules;

  • Data input and update at the system, server and prepare the documents to Accounting Dept.;

  • Preparing and processing purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documentation;

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages;

  • Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing, track deliveries, and resolve any commercial issues;

  • Collaborating with project manager and site personnel to understand purchasing needs.

 

Qualification & Job requirement

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;

  • Min. 2 years’ working experience, preferably in construction firms;

  • Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure;

  • Well-organized and good interpersonal & communication skills;

  • Familiar with PC application, including MS Office and Chinese Typing.
