Program Manager (EMS Industry)

Major Responsibilities

• Develops, Implements and Improves Program management processes and procedures.
• Responsible for working with internal and external partners to generate clear program definitions and requirements.
• Generate and Execute Program Management plan.
• Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Prepares project reports for management, clients, or others.
• Confers with program personnel to provide advice and to resolve problems.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in consumer electronics projects preferred
• Well-organized with strong coordination, communication and project leading abilities.
• Fluent in written and oral English.

• Manages all aspects of internal and external communications during different phases of the program.

• Reviews status reports from program personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Proficiency in use MS SW especially Microsoft project
