Product Tutor (CUHK)

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, on-site demos that clearly showcase the LingoTask app's value, features, and benefits to prospective client schools.

• User Training & Support: Lead training sessions for teachers at partner schools, covering both foundational and advanced platform operations. Provide real-time, expert technical support to resolve queries.

• Coordination & Content: Prepare and maintain clear training materials (manuals, guides, PPTs). Proactively coordinate with schools to schedule and confirm all demo and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in language, education, IT or other relevant disciplines.

• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese(spoken) and English(all written and spoken)

• Experience in language or STEM education is preferred
