Product Developer (Trims and Packaging products)

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with sourcing suppliers, customer service in HK/China and EU office
• Speed up the production process by close monitor with the suppliers, providing accurate quotations and checking the production sample
• Managing from product development to manufacturing, sampling, negotiating best cost, MOQ and terms
• Ensure packaging designs comply with customer and internal company requirements
• Manage colour consistency by program
• Travel to PRC or Asia Pacific is required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the garment, trim and accessories manufacturing field.
• Familiar with Soft-line items such as Paper tags, Woven & Printed labels.
• Knowledge of material sourcing will be an advantage
• Ability to organize, communicate with oversea colleagues and follow up on sample development.
• Strong motivation, be willing to take initiative and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Aggressive, willing to work under pressure and looking for job challenge
• Applicant with more experience will be considered for a Senior Position
