The Salvation Army is currently seeking applications for the position of Principal of Secondary School for 2026/27 school year at the earliest. Applicants should be able to:

• Foster the educational mission and vision of The Salvation Army

• Demonstrate excellent skills on leadership, management and interpersonal relationships

• Understand of Hong Kong's education policy, passionate, visionary and idealistic about education

• Have professional vision, leadership, communication and responsiveness

• Meet EDB requirements for school principalship

• Having attained the Certification for Principalship (CFP)

• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

• Applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience in senior management

Remarks:

Attained a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (Degree/ Professional Grades) is an entry requirement for all teaching positions.
