Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer / Engineer, RF and Analog IC Design

Job Responsibilities

• Perform RF, analog and mixed-signal IC design for advanced wireless transceiver and SoC.
• Participate in system design, application design, testing and evaluation.

Requirements

• Master degree or above in the Electric/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3+ years working experience, candidates with more experience will be offered with higher job title according to the HR policy. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in RF, analog and mixed-signal modules design including LNA, mixer, PA, PGA, VGA, LPF, VCO, PLL, ADC, DAC and etc.
• Experience in RF and analog IC design tools and design flows.
• Knowledge on semiconductor devices, device modeling and foundry process.
• RF transceiver system design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese and strong team spirit.
