Planning Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the service schedule of pest control
• Working closely with the Operation and Sales team on handling daily pest control service orders
• Provide good customer service to clients and follow up services action
• Monitor services status and ensure operational efficiency
• Order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery
• Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records by using the internal system
• System data Input/update into systems
• Generate & prepare service reports
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Less experience candidate can be considered as Senior Planning Executive

Requirements:

• F.6 or above with 5 year working experience, experience in scheduling/booking in service industry is an advantage
• Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office, MS Windows and Chinese typing
• Problem solving skills needed
• Ability to multi task with accuracy and efficiency
• Good team player who is willing to learn
• Fast learner with strong attention to details
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Good communication & analytical skill
• Patient and detail mind
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Good time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
