職位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in kitchen with food and pastry production
- Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
- Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained
Job Requirements:
- Vocational training in cuisine
- Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants
- Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Fine dining experience is an advantages
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- More experenice will be considered as Pastry Chef de Partie
