Part-time Lecturer (Property Management)

Duties:

• Deliver teaching duties and develop lesson plans

• Prepare training materials, assignments, examination papers, and grading rubrics

• Mark student assignments and exams

• Handle student-related and academic matters, and attend relevant meetings

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management or teaching related subjects

• Strong communication and instructional skills in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
