Overseas Property Sales Manager

Our client is a well-established property development company that develops residential projects in Japan. You are welcome to join us with experiences! This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and take a key role in sales and marketing operations!

What you’ll be doing

• Lead a small team and oversee the daily operations
• Provide professional agency service and after sales services
• Assist in the execution of sales strategies and marketing activities
• Participate in property seminars organized by company

What we're looking for

• NO EAA License is required
• Passionate, good in sales negotiation and effective communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivated, hardworking & well-organized
• Written and speaking English is preferable
• Written and Spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is a must
• Immediate available is preferable
