Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support merchants on boarding and servicing;
• Operational support on new programs, conduct UAT, and maintain / update the relevant account information in the system;
• Handling administrative activities such as correspondence and communication with banks, merchants, business partner and customers;
• Handling internal and external customer’s enquiries;
• Prepare and check merchant payment and settlement report;
• Handle the operation of the payments transaction, inward and outward remittance;
• Prepare the weekly or monthly report data for management’s perusal;
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required; and
• On call based on operational needs

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree holder;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in payment operation or card settlement processing;
• Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Team player that flourishes in a positive environment;
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
• Immediate available is an advantage
