Operations Manager

Hoi Meng Group has engaged in apparel manufacturing with over 7,000 employees within the group and served a number of the world renowned design labels, department stores and retailer for few decades. We are new looking for high caliber candidate with details as follows :

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in garment manufacturing area and in managerial level.
• Overseeing factory operation, management of administration and projects relating to building/production facility.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Well organized with attention to detail. Highly capable of working effectively and independently with multiple timelines
• Capable of addressing challenges and offering solutions/alternatives with flexibility and an open-mind
• Good command of English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Station in South East Asia
