Operations Executive

To strengthen the team in our Hong Kong office, we are looking for a qualified:

Operations Executive - Hong Kong 100%

Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day logistics operations
• Liaise with customers for shipment arrangements
• Handling shipping documents on transshipment operations (Air, Sea, Road)
• Storage administration
• Invoicing (and support the finance team)
• Close cooperation and networking with our agents and subcontractors in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia
• Communicate with oversea offices for shipment arrangements
• Support our Operations Manager
• Support general administration (general administrative tasks and support)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in international logistics (preferably High-valuable / secured logistics)
• Form 5 HKCEE or above (Diploma/Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or related fields is an advantage).
• Experienced in handling Air/Sea/Road shipments (Import/Export and Domestic)
• Good expertise in the field of customs declaration / customs clearance
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Mandarin Chinese and any additional languages are an advantage
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Resilient, reliable, and open-minded personality
• Quick comprehension skills as well as independent and structured working style
