Working out job’s cost estimates to user department & CR

Preparation of the list of system materials required by job

Checking system materials requested by sub-contractors

Coordinate with user dept. and CR for requirement of Organizer works

Monitoring the production progress of special designs or official contracting job and organizer construction works
-
Arrangement of transportation and other logistic support
-
On-site monitoring setting up or dismantling of organizer works and booths
Requirements:
-
With at least 5 years’ workshop production experience
-
Able to supervise a team of 4 operation workers
-
Able to work out job costs estimates according to work request
-
Able to work out production / operation materials for job
-
Able to monitor production progress & setting-up / dismantle of booth
-
Able to work independently
-
Previous experience in exhibition / event industry is preferred
-
Willing to work long hours and on public holidays
-
Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred
-
Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre
Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
