Responsibilities:
· Lead the Operations teams and achieve the operational management objectives of the division;
· Deliver high-quality of services to customers and handling complaints and solutions to satisfy customer needs
· Monitor the manpower scheduling to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner;
· Make operational decisions regarding human resource allocation
· Manage all operations teams within the department and be responsible for all employee-related matters
· Design and execute structured training plans for front-line personnel to enhance operational readiness and service quality;
· Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures
· Participating in providing security services for all major events
· Outdoor work is required
Requirements:
· Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above or any equivalent academic qualification
· Good Command in English & Chinese
· 8-10 years of experience in security management or facilities operations, preferably with experience leading teams or supervising subordinates
· PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications of Word and Excel
· Holder of Basic Security Guard Training Program and valid SPP and QAS
· Familiar with security and fire service systems
· Excellent communication and customer services skills
· Holding of valid Hong Kong driving license (class 1,2) with good driving record
