Responsibilities
- Provide operational & administrative support to frontline shops and office;
- Perform back-up reception duties including handling phone calls, handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers;
- Monitor the inventory and arrange purchase;
- Liaise with suppliers and order office supplies;
- Prepare reports for management review;
- To assist in handing as hoc projects
Requirements
- Certificate or above
- 1 year experience in Beauty/Retail industry will be an advantage
- Good PC knowledge including Chinese typing, MS Office, especially MS excel.
- Knowledge in POS system is an advantage
- Good organization and typing skills
- Mature, responsible, with good attention to details and a positive and flexible attitude
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediately available is preferred
