Responsibility:
- Managing office administrative duties
- General clerical works & documents filing
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with vendors, couriers and service providers as necessary
- Conduct inspections of finished goods, labeling and stock control
- Assist with import/export documentation for metals, gemstones, and finished jewelry.
- Arrange and prepare documents for shipments via couriers, resolve shipping-related issues when necessary
- Preparing shipping documents for trip / exhibition (e.g. TIB & Carnet)
Requirement:
- Well-organized and self-motivation
- Attention to details
- Willing to learn
- Knowledge of basic MS office, e.g excel & Chinese word processing
- Experience in jewelry field is preferrable
- Fresh graduates is welcome
