We are seeking a dynamic Office operation Manager to lead our administrative and operational functions in the Hong Kong office. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and professional workplace environment that supports the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will lead a small team and manage all aspects of office administration, workplace services, and senior executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Workplace & Operations Management
- Take overall responsibility for office facilities management, including maintenance, space planning, and workplace health & safety.
- Manage all procurement activities and build strong relationships with external vendors and service providers, focusing on quality and cost-efficiency.
- Lead key operational projects such as office renovations or relocations as required.
- Executive & Business Support
- Provide a high level of professional administrative partnership to senior executives.
- Coordinate and support key business meetings and corporate functions.
- Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
- Event & Employee Services
- Spearhead the planning and execution of corporate events, from internal team activities to client-facing initiatives.
- Oversee key employee-facing administrative services and wellness programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of solid experience in office management or corporate administration. Experience in a fast-paced, professional services or multinational corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Demonstrable experience in providing support to senior management.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and standard office software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and discretion in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive and collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Chinese fluency speaker 会流利中文
- Experience in financial services or wealth management industry is required
