职位描述

Job Description :

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to site activities, including timesheets, labour records, and procurement logs
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate site logistics and resolve any administrative issues
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other project-related materials
  • Provide general office support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
  • Ensure compliance and updating company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Supporting Executives, Managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Organizing and coordinating staff events and activities.
  • Arranging business travels for Executives and other staffs.
  • Performing ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above with 2 years of clerical / administration experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel is a must
  • Familiarity with construction-related documentation and procedures
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Responsible, self-motivated, self-discipline, independent and eager to learn

This role requires occasional travel between Hong Kong and China offices
