- Meeting all requirements stipulated by the EDB as NET
- Teaching regular, enhancement and enrichment classes
- Establishing a rich English-speaking ambience on campus, including organizing lunch time and after-school English learning activities
- Leading the implementation of English-related activities
- Developing a school-based curriculum such as language arts
- Offering support to the English panel as a resourceful teammate
