Multimedia Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Multimedia Production Specialist to join our close-knit and passionate team. This role reports directly to top management and is essential for supporting various aspects of our production and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities due to our fast-paced business nature.

What you'll be doing

• Multimedia Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce a wide range of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written copy. Utilize your expertise in multimedia software and tools to bring projects to life.

• Video Editing: Categorize and edit video clips, ensuring the final drafts meet production standards.

• Scriptwriting: Assist in writing scripts for various projects, collaborating with the production team to deliver engaging content.

• Research and Adaptation: Continuously research and adapt to the latest multimedia trends and technologies.

• Scheduling and Adaptability: Manage your personal work schedule effectively, prioritizing tasks and deadlines while embracing the dynamic nature of our company and taking on various responsibilities as needed to support the team.

• Task Management: Organize day-to-day project activities, oversee communication channels, and ensure all messages and tasks are addressed promptly.

• Client and Talent Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our talents and clients, maintaining professional and courteous interactions.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in multimedia production or a related field (internships accepted).
• Proficiency in video editing software, particularly 剪映 & Canva.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Flexibility to adapt and adjust based on shifting priorities and responsibilities.
• A collaborative spirit and eagerness to grow within a small team environment.
• Willingness to work outside of regular office hours and locations when required.
• Must be familiar with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, 抖音 and 小紅書.
• Familiarity with filming techniques is an advantage.
