Responsibilities
Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth Production
Oversee supply chain, cost control, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, handling quotations, negotiations, and after-sales issues
Ensure all products meet international quality and safety standards
Developing and managing merchandising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet financial targets
Providing guidance and direction to the merchandising team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Textiles and Clothing or related studies
Over 10 years of experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on merchandising and manufacturing aspects
Familiar with the PLM system and strong knowledge of computer programming operations
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
