Job Overview:

As a Management Trainee in Fashion Buying, you will gain hands-on experience in the buying process, from product selection to inventory management. This role is designed to develop your skills in fashion buying, merchandising, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the selection and purchase of merchandise in line with market trends and customer preferences.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and product opportunities.

- Analyse sales data and inventory levels to inform buying decisions.

- Support the planning and execution of seasonal buying strategies.

- Participate in team meetings to discuss product performance and strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory.

- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation.
