Merchandising Assistant

At MO/MaskOn._, we are a leading lifestyle retail brand committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising assistant to join our marketing team and drive our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting in product selection, ordering, and managing product data.

- Monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory, and performing inventory checks.

- Liaising with vendors on product information, shipments, and other relevant details.

- Issue orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames

- Communicate with internal teams, overseas office and suppliers

- Maintain organized records of product development timelines, costs, and samples

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products

Requirements:

- 1-2 years experience is required

- Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin

- Knowledge of computer skill, word and excel and Chinese word processing

- Must be self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and hard working

- Able to work independently and under pressure

- Have good negotiation and communication skills
