职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

-         Prepare purchase contract document, purchase order etc.

-         Deliver samples, materials, and other items to vendors and clients as needed.

-         Assist in coordinating shipments and tracking delivery timelines.

 

Requirements:

-         Min 2 year Merchandising and shipping relevant experiences, preferably in trading or manufacturing environment

-         Proficiency in application of Microsoft office (i.e. Word, Excel, Access and 倉頡 / 速成)

-         Fair in spoken and written English and Mandarin
