Merchandiser - 日本精品 - 5 days' Work

Responsibilities:

• Follow up purchase order, assist in all necessary aspects regarding the supply chain
• Communicate well with Agencies, Suppliers and vendors to source, purchase order / invoice checking, shipment / delivery follow up and products samples coordination & entry and maintenance in system
• Prepare regular merchandising & stock reports for management review
• Work with marketing and retail teams in speedy response to market dynamics and promotions
• Quick response to market and new products trend
• Business trip & handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience with Certificate in Japanese (Intermediate)
• Familiar with Japan market & merchandising experiences
• Skilled in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
• Good command of spoken in Japanese, written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• System skills in sizable corporation
