Marketing Officer (Event Support)

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of institutional events, including conducting marketing research, developing promotional materials, coordinating event logistics, sourcing vendor quotations, and arranging venue setup with appropriate ITAV equipment

• Provide on-site support for events and marketing activities such as career and education expos, campus visits, and photo/video shooting and editing

• Support post-event follow-up actions, including data collection and preparation of analytical reports for evaluation

• Assist in borrowing internal ITAV equipment and keep all equipment in storage and good condition

• Conduct regular stock-taking of internal materials

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Sub-degree or above; candidates with academic background in Marketing or Event Management would be considered

• A minimum of 1 years relevant working experience in event marketing

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with ITAV equipment setup is an advantage

• Hands-on experience in photo and video shooting, with basic editing skills preferred

• Good in written and spoken Chinese and English; and well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
