Position Summary:
As the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager for Calvin Klein, you will oversee and manage the visual presentation of Calvin Klein Apparel & Accessories across the regional marketplace. Your primary responsibility is to adapt global campaigns and evergreen assets into regional-specific 2D and 3D outputs across all physical retail environments, ensuring alignment with the APAC market’s business objectives. You will create compelling, consistent visual displays in showrooms, retail stores, and wholesale environments, maintaining brand integrity and elevating the customer experience.


Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Implement the global visual merchandising strategy aligned with the brand’s overall business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in visual presentation across APAC markets while adapting to local nuances and preferences. Set and uphold the brand’s VM principles.
  • Manage the APAC showroom and support local and regional store launches, collaborating with local VMs on scheduling, floor mapping, zoning, and copy/image briefs.
  • Collaborate with global VM teams and regional merchandising to adapt and execute campaign assets, key seasonal stories, consumer messaging, and bespoke visual displays for the APAC region.
  • Develop regional-specific 2D and 3D assets from global campaigns, customizing for APAC retail environments.
  • Oversee VM activations, including POP, signage, consumer messaging and navigation solutions, and brand activations such as pop-ups.
  • Support large-scale activations, pop-ups, and marketing OOH campaigns in partnership with the 3D VM team.
  • Coordinate with marketing, store operations, and other teams to ensure seamless VM execution at the store level.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously elevate visual standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting of VM activities and projects.
  • Manage the sharing, downloading, and delivery of all 2D and 3D assets with markets and ensure confidentiality of assets sharing and treatment across market.
  • Oversee the design development process for retail activations, ensuring timely feedback and revisions.
  • Review and approve detailed designs for VM activations, pop-ups, and displays in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Support regional VM efforts by planning and executing showroom set up, execution for market week and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop assets for OOH campaigns, brand events, and agency briefs.
  • Guide local markets and their agencies or external vendors on creative execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education & Experience: University degree or equivalent in Visual Merchandising Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Retail, or related fields; minimum 8 years of VM experience.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of global and local fashion trends, competitive VM practices, and industry inspiration.
    • Strong fashion sense, styling, floor merchandising, and trend awareness.
    • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, organizational skills.
    • Attention to detail, independence, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (verbal and written).
    • Software proficiency is a must:

      • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
      • SketchUp (plus)
      • AutoCAD (plus)
