About the Role

The Fund Operations Team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented manager to help scale our business and support our exponential growth. In this role, you will manage a team of high-performing associates to ensure operational excellence. You will also collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to introduce automation and scalability to take FundPark to the next level of growth.

What you need to do

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners on trade operation and processing including drawdown, rollover, repayment as well as settlement
  • Approve or seek approval of transactions as per FundPark’s standard operational procedures
  • Resolve discrepancies and reconciliation of accounts
  • Responsible for compliance and regulatory matters, including customer due diligence (CDD), calculation of Net Asset Value of different sub-accounts
  • Participate in project planning, testing and implementation of loan product launch and system enhancement to improve operational efficiency and scalability
  • Manage a team of associates to ensure timely maintenance of a full set of financial and statutory accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Support senior management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What you need to have

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience managing operations team
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Project management experience a plus
