Management Trainee (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage staffing levels; recruit, hire, train, and monitor employees.
• Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Communicate job expectations, enforce company policies, and foster a positive work culture.
• Prepare budgets, control inventory, and identify/solve problems.
• Collaborate with other departments and report to senior management.
• Articipate in technical and business rotations

Minimum Job Requirements:

University level education is an advantage OR

HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least passes in Chinese and Mathematics OR English and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above) plus relevant work experience

• Fluent Cantonese
• Creative mind set
• Customer-oriented service
• Good communication, presentation and influence skills
• Insurance product knowledge
• Good timeline management skill
• With Bancassurance experience is an added advantage
