About Our Program:

• Program duration: 1 year (first half year would be focus on teaching), with regular performance review
• On-site experience in the daily operations of the educational center
• Involve in company meetings and decision-making processes
• Assist sales and business development team to identify new opportunities
• Assist the executive team on various projects to enhance the company growth

Post-Program Development Opportunities:

• After 1 year, you could choose either the teaching or the management path for further development
• Teaching Path: Senior Tutor -> Shop Supervisor -> Centre Manager
• Management Path: Assistant Project Manager -> Project Manager -> Department Manager
• You may also embark on your entrepreneurial journeys by being our business partner

Requirements:

• University graduate with 1-2 years working experience in business/education field is highly preferable

• Fresh graduate with proactive mindset is also welcome
• Fluent English and Cantonese is necessary
• Strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motived, willing to learn and take on challenges
