Maintenance Officer

LEMON Design & Build Limited is a one-stop service provider, from project management, design, construction to licensing and maintenance. With our professional team, LEMON formulates and performs all-in-one holistic revitalisation projects from the beginning of planning, design, licensing, construction, and management to subsequent maintenance. As of now, LEMON has revitalised more than 30 shopping centres and markets, with 2,000,000 sq. ft. in total, maximizing I.F.A of each venue.

Responsibilities

• 根據客戶要求 (電話/Whatsapp) 展開維修安排／跟進，安排師傅進行檢查／展開維修工作
• 與客戶和師傅協調／跟進／溝通就工程事項的所有細節
• 負責處理客戶查詢、協助訂購維修物資、準備維修報告、每月匯報報告等
• 負責開票／收款／維修單等文件類工作

（必要時，需協助師傅進行初步前期維修評估）

Requirements

• 最小兩年文職／營運／統籌的工作經驗，有相關經驗將優先考慮

• 辦事上心／專注細節／良好溝通
• 良好中文／英文書寫能力
