Responsibilities
l Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster new connections through networking and referrals

l Support and coordinate both online and offline sales activities to ensure a seamless, refined, and personalized client experience
支援並協調線上與線下銷售活動,確保客戶體驗流暢一致。
l Provide professional guidance during showroom visits and consultation sessions, helping clients articulate their design preferences and match them with ideal solutions
在展廳導覽及諮詢環節中提供專業指導,協助客戶清晰表達其設計偏好,並配對理想的家居方案。
l Manage the full client journey from initial consultation, quotation, to order follow-up
管理整個客戶流程,從初步諮詢、報價至訂單跟進。
l Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ design requirements, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic goals
進行深入諮詢,以了解客戶的設計需求、生活方式及美學目標。
l Collaborate closely with the design team to accurately transform client insights and lifestyle needs into interior design solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality.

l Deliver personalized service to high-net-worth clients, enhancing satisfaction and long-term loyalty through top-level one-stop professional services

Requirements
l Prior experience in premium retail or the interior design industry is highly preferred.
具備高端零售或室內設計行業之工作經驗者優先考慮。
l Solid product knowledge and familiarity with the furniture market; retail experience in related sectors is a plus.
具備基本產品知識,熟悉傢俬市場及具相關行業零售經驗者尤佳。
l Strong sales capabilities with the ability to build lasting trust and long-term client relationships.
具備良好的銷售技巧,能與客戶建立穩固信任與長期合作關係。
l Excellent taste and aesthetic sensibility, with a strong appreciation for design and lifestyle.
具備優雅品味與美學觸覺,對設計與生活風格有深刻理解。
l Proactive, punctual, courteous, and a strong team player.
