Logistics Executive / Executive Trainee (Middle Shift - Tsing Yi)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and supervise a small warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer distribution requirements

·         Coordinate closely with internal departments to maintain external parties to maintain seamless daily operations

·         Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly handling inquiries, complaints, and operational issues

·         Act as a reliable backup for teammates during peak periods or absences

·         Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by management

Requirements:

-          Post-secondary education or above; Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines is an advantage

-          Minimum 1 year of logistics/warehouse experience; exposure to customer service is a strong plus

-          Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply

-          Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

-          Mature, well-organized, proactive, and equipped with a strong sense of responsibility

-          Able to thrive under pressure and flexible to work overtime when required

-          Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a definite advantage

-          Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis skills highly valued)

-          Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Logistics Executive position
