About the role

Join Close to Clothes (Asia Pacific) Limited in Kwai Fong as a full-time Logistics Coordinator. You'll work closely with the procurement team to ensure the smooth flow of our distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and process all inbound and outbound shipping documentation, including customs declaration.
• Obtain, analyze, and negotiate freight quotations from various carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to schedule shipments.
• Track shipments and communicate status updates.
• Oversee inventory control across all warehouses, including locations in Hong Kong, China, India, Turkey, and Paris.
• Resolve any shipping-related issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and costs.
• Provide valuable administrative support to the procurement team and other departments, including handling other ad hoc jobs as needed.

• Proven experience in a shipping, logistics, or freight coordination role.
• Demonstrable experience in obtaining and managing freight quotations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
