About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Logistic Officer to join our growing team at Frontier Pharma International Company Limited in Sheung Wan. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our import and export operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end import/export operations including customs clearance and shipment tracking
• Verify accuracy of all shipping documentation (B/L, packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin)
• Oversee procurement processes, inventory control, and logistics coordination to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and submit compliant import/export documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Serve as primary liaison between customs authorities, freight forwarders, logistics partners and suppliers
• Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of logistics SOPs
• Provide operational support and expertise to cross-functional logistics teams

What we're looking for

• 3 years' experience in international logistics coordination
• Expertise in customs clearance procedures and trade compliance
• Strong documentation management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
