Leasing Manager (Serviced Apartment)

Job Duties :

• Responsible for the leasing & Asset Management function of a luxury serviced apartment.
• Assist in preparation of marketing and leasing strategies.
• Liaise property agents to marketing our premises via different media (Facebook/ WhatsApp/ Instagram etc.)
• Supervise a leasing team and operation team.
• Handle and manage all leasing matter including new lettings, renewals, coordinating premises takeover and handover.
• Assist in budgets and forecast on rental income.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate/Property Management/ Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing
• Experience work in a landlord or property developer is preferable.
• Good customer services skill and details documentation follow up.
• Mature and able to work independently
• Good analytical mind and strong market sense.
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Manager
