Leasing Manger (Residential)

Responsibilities:

-        provide quality services to our residents and guests;

-        handle daily leasing matters for residential properties;

-        conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports;

-        coordinate with other departments for renovation/refurbishment works;

-        supervise overall performance of contractors to ensure their services properly provided;

-        direct and supervise building staff;

-        responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

-        degree/diploma holder in Real Estate or related disciplines;

-        minimum 4 years’ experience in property leasing, preferably gained in property developer with at

least 2 years in high-end residential properties;

-        strong knowledge of the Hong Kong property market and relevant regulations;

-        customer-oriented, strong leadership and problem-solving skills;

-        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

-        proficient in PC skills.
