Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports the emotional, social, and academic development of young children
  

• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that encourage a love of learning and support bilingual development
  

• Collaborate closely with local co-teachers and the wider teaching team to ensure consistency and quality across the curriculum
  

• Monitor and support student progress through observation, assessment, and feedback
  

• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student wellbeing, classroom activities, and school events
  

• Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and professional development sessions
  

• Support the overall goals of the Kindergarten section and contribute positively to school life
  

Requirements:

• Masters in Education / Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood Education (PGCE or equivalent early years teaching qualification preferred)
  

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience teaching in Early Years or Kindergarten
  

• Sound understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices
  

• Familiarity with international curricula (EYFS, IB PYP, Reggio Emilia, etc.) is an advantage
  

• Experience working with children from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
  

• International school experience is highly regarded
