Job Duties:

• Oversee the daily operation of the school, including but not limitedto admissions and enrolment, administration, staff managementand operations
• Lead communication with EDB and ensure school is meeting allrequirements
• Ensure team maintains high quality service and meets allexpectations of the Core Management Team and Board of Directors
• Ensure good communication and positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Plan, prepare and execute school activities, events and promotions
• Support, and report to the core management team

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Early Childhood Education (ECE) OR equivalent qualification recognized by Education Bureau
• At least 5 years of administrative and management experience in kindergarten
• Fluent in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and enjoy working with children
• Familiar with EYFS curriculum and play-based learning
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Honest, innovative, self-motivated and loyal
