Junior Trader / Trade Assistant

1. Handle daily operation of settlement activities for futures and physicals. Ensure all trade processing activities are done timely and accurately.

2. Reconciliation of positions and trades against internal records.

3. Execute trades in futures&financial derivatives, promptly respond to client inquiries and rectify any trade related issues.

4. Track shipments and maintain logistics documentation.

5. Support market research and analysis.

6. Maintain and optimize spreadsheets and databases.

7. Prepare presentation materials for meetings.

8. Assist to maintain and expand company's business.

9. Handle tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in international trade, business, economics, finance or other business related fields preferred.

2. 1-2 years experience in International Trade preferred.

3. Fresh Grad welcomed.

4. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

6. Detailed minded and result driven character.

7. Be able to work independently with multi-task.

8. Good command of Chinese and English.

9. Knowledge and experience of advanced Microsoft Office (automation, macros), data management (SAP/SQL), programming (VBA, C, Python, etc.), and AI application will be an advantage.
