Junior / Senior Interior Designer

Responsibility:

• Produce FULL sets of drawings and 3D design,  documentation, and polished presentation materials from concept sketches to final construction plans
• Manage projects from concept through to completion
• Independently handle residential from design concept to site coordination during construction period
• Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board
• Initiate design concept, layouts , material and furniture selection
• Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
• Maintain and update the database for vendors and material samples information
• Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results

•  Coordinate with internal design support members, professional consultants and project management teams

• Liaise and negotiate with clients, project teams, and suppliers

 Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture or related disciplines
• 2 years experience in Residential, hotel, and Show Flat Design, preferable exposed to top-tier luxury projects
• Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
• Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong sense for continuously improvement and exploring new ideas
• Great presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Well experienced in 3D Rendering and Sketchup.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and common software, experience in operating in Mac platform preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese highly preferred
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
