Junior Merchandiser (Toy/ Bath product)

Job Description

• Follow up on orders, sample handling, and shipping arrangements
• Monitor the production schedule and coordinate between clients and factories
• Liaise independently with the design team, customers, and factories
• Handle Brand Comply system and product testing procedures, reporting to the supervisor
• Resolve product issues and manage daily communication with overseas clients

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or above; a degree holder is preferred
• At least one year of solid experience in the toy industry
• Experience in QA and shipping is preferred
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Experience with Brand Comply and Product Testing is an advantage
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well-organized, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
