Your Responsibilities:

• Layout Design: Create and draw detailed layouts that meet client specifications and aesthetic goals.

• 3D Modeling: Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling to visualize and present design concepts effectively. Enscape is a bonus.

• ID Schedules & Documentation: Prepare material schedules and maintain thorough project documentation to ensure seamless execution.

• Meeting Minutes: Take detailed minutes during meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

• Sample Library Management: Oversee our samples library, ensuring it is well-organized and accessible, while acting as the main contact for local and international suppliers.
